I wound up getting some yarn while in the US this winter. I was intending NOT to buy any yarn. Or much of anything at all. But the yarndragon could not resist adding to the hoard..
I have been asked for pictures of what I got, so here goes.

This is 40% merino, 40% silk, and 20% bamboo. I suspect it will be something I can wear close to my skin without any itching. Will be interesting to see... This is something I started on in FL, the plan is that it will become a snood. Unfortunately the shiny softness of this yarn does not show on a picture... |

The thought has always been entrelac tam with this. I love the colourway.
But it would also look good as lace I think... oh the decisions. |

The label is MIA, but it is the same brand as the blue silky softness.
The colours are darker IRL, another one I see as a hat. |

Another happy colourway that I haven't the faintest idea what to do with... |

Berrocco. Irresistible colours, yet again.
I have to stop buying these novelty yarns with mixed colours, since I can never figure out what to do with them. I only actually use the ones with one single colour, it seems. But it does turn into an attractive yarn museum... |
