Because people (including myself!) seem forever confused about whatever I would want when it becomes time to name wish lists, I decided to compile a wish list here, with the tag - wishlist.
Here are the first few items:
- Knitting needles. Specifically
these.
- Flying! I love flying. Balloon trips, parachute jumps, flying lessons, etc!
- This picture is called "Big Ben" and is by an artist called Richard Ryan. Sometimes available at
fineart.no .
I want it - and framed in a nice frame so I won't have to pay for that (black would look good I think, or narrow silver maybe?). Although, if it is an option of getting it but without a frame or not at all, I prefer without a frame. EDIT july 21st: I won it at an auction just now. No longer on my wish list. Whoo!
Have you tried parachute jumping?
ReplyDeleteCold As Heaven
No, which is an excellent reason for wishing it!
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried it either, and I don't want to.
ReplyDeleteCool picture, btw. Regarding frames, I have found that it's wise to keep frames of all your pictures in the same style (I prefer black, sometimes with a narrow gold rim). Then you can move the pictures around, if you want to, and make it fit nicely together >:)
Cold As Heaven
What, and you ski down those killer slopes? (Which I would NEVER dare!)
ReplyDeleteYes, I agree about the frames. However some pictures just look better with let's say an oak frame rather than black or metal, and I already have a VERY diverse collection due to inherited pictures. My prints will mostly have black narrow frames though.
And I am totally fascinated by those foxes with their studded collar :)
ReplyDeleteThe picture would be great with black metal >;)
ReplyDeletebtw, I will pass by Stockholm tomorrow, just in transit for an hour on the the way to Russia. You may waive if you see a plane around 1 pm >:)
Cold As Heaven
I will see planes around 1; I live with a clear view towards Bromma, but I somehow think you will be going via Arlanda. Thus I shall not wave.
