Let sleeping dragons lie

At 2.15 am I was thoroughly woken up by neighbours talking loudly/shouting and howling with laughter outside on their balcony (I could see them from my balcony). Grrrr. Next time that happens on a weekday I am making a certain phone call, for the first time.
